Mike's Approach
Fitness has always played an important role in my life, from my days spent competing in Ironman triathlon events, to today as a dedicated free surfer and professional coach.
I have always maintained a simple and effective approach to health and fitness and enjoy passing on my knowledge and passion to others in my capacity as a Personal Trainer.
I like to present clients with a holistic fitness programme, which builds long-term strength and health, whilst still being able to focus on the specific requirements of the client. My ability to encourage and motivate with enthusiasm, enables clients to enjoy the learning process and unlock their full potential. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, as all programmes are tailored to the needs of the individual.
The right training for you will strengthen muscles bones and joints, increase balance and co-ordination, leaving you more energized and healthy, looking and feeling great.
